About this location

A land of one hectare. Very quiet place, little traffic, 10 minutes from the sea.
Ideal for tents or campers and caravans (limited pitches). we are 5 minutes from all food shops and others.
Shower / sink / sink + an awning, a table and chairs are at your disposal on the grounds.
2 fridges at your disposal which are shared.
There is a supplement for any independent caravan/motorhome or other electrical connection.
Pets accepted free of charge.
We have a vegetable garden of more than 1,500 m² (not chemically treated) from permaculture if you were interested, we could sell you vegetables. TO SEE ON LOCATION!!

For boat enthusiasts, the port of Arzal is with the possibility of taking a trip on the river (kayak, sailing, etc.).
25 minutes away is the Rhuys peninsula, the port of Crouesty and the
Morbihan golf course.
This region will also allow you to appreciate the charms of the
Brittany indoors:

For fans of the sea, there are beaches by car 10/15 minutes from Billier, Damgan where you can discover the beaches, fishing on foot, hiking and various activities such as an ultralight or hot air balloon trip. There is also skysurfing.
La Roche Bernard (the port) is 15 minutes away. Possibility of taking a boat trip on the Vilaine, kayaking, sailing, etc.

for pitches there is a large choice under the fruit trees or other pitches under the trees which are scattered throughout the garden, everyone is kept away from each other while respecting their privacy

The cabin has all the equipment with 24/7 access.

To have access to the stove + 1 pot and 1 frying pan, there will be a paid contribution for use and electricity consumption which will be €2/day.
free electricity access for portable charging or small household appliances in the cabin.
For any connection outside the cabin there will be a caravan/camper van or other supplement of €3/day.
Tent loan
Fresh&black tent for 4 to 6 people 10 €/day or for 5 days 45 € or for 7 days 60 € I accept rental alone or for several people it is equipped with mattress without sheet and blanket, in the cabin you have at your fridge+crockery+large table layout.

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
