About this location

I have a single family home in a quiet neighborhood with a big grassy backyard and un unfurnished granny unit with fully operational kitchen and bathroom for your use. Nice spot to pitch a tent in the yard or indoors. Sit under the stars in the hot tub and use the bbq to cook and enjoy. I love meeting new people and happy to point you towards great hiking trails or wine tasting spots near by.
Grassy, flat back yard with beautiful redwood tree and fruit trees all around. Quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk with beautiful trail along the bay or also just 5 min to the cute downtown shops and restaurants of Novato. Completely fenced in. I don’t have any pets of my own but happily invite well behaved furry friends over.
The activities
Right near by are great hiking trails, fishing lakes, kayaking/boating in the bay, 6 flags amusement park 20 min away, Napa/Sonoma wineries 20 mins away, Graton Casino 20 min away, San Francisco 30 min away, Beaches 40 minutes away.
