On the 4th terraced slope at the bottom of a typical regional property, this location is secluded and peaceful, a 5-minute drive from the famous tourist village of Mougins and 15 minutes from the sea (Cannes la Bocca and Mandelieu le Napoule). Access is not recommended for oversized or underpowered vehicles in rainy weather (the access road is steep and slippery when going up the wet tarmac). ⚠️⛔️ Vehicles over 6m/2.50m high, especially those with a significant rear overhang, are prohibited. ‼️ Nestled on a serene terrace in the picturesque Mougins region, this Homecamping offers a private and tranquil escape, just a five-minute drive from the lively village of Mougins and fifteen minutes from the Mediterranean beaches of Cannes la Bocca and Mandelieu la Napoule. For your convenience, the Carrefour Market is located just 2.9 kilometers away, ensuring easy access to all your grocery needs. Adventure enthusiasts can enjoy hiking and cycling on nearby trails. The hiking trail from St Laurent-Daigouze to Marsillargues is perfect for a scenic getaway (St Laurent-Daigouze to Marsillargues trail), and cyclists will appreciate the Le Canet-Cannes to Juan-les-Pins to Antibes route, offering spectacular views along the way (Le Cannet-Cannes to Juan-les-Pins/Antibes cycle path). In addition to these natural wonders, visitors can explore local attractions such as the Mougins Eco'Parc and the Museum of Art. Other remarks: Location surrounded by properties.
