About this location
I am available to answer any questions you may have (access, schedules, etc.). Travelers under 18 years of age are not accepted alone. Between the Garonne River and the Pyrenees, the garden behind the house is large, calm, and peaceful. In the summer, there is little light pollution, so you can admire the stars and sleep under the Milky Way. The house and the grounds overlook fields and small paths where you can go on easy hikes. The Garonne River is within walking distance, as is the Château de Montespan. Mountain bikers and BMX riders can start their rides right from the house! There is an equestrian center and a soccer field in the village. The house and the park are close to some fields and paths where you can go on easy walks. The Garonne river and Montespan castel are closed by. For those mountain bixe and bmx fans you can ride as soon as you leave the gate. There is a place to go horse riding and a football pitch in the village. Other remarks (English below) I am at your disposal for any questions (access, schedules, etc.). Single travelers under 18 are not accepted. I'm here to answer any questions you may have. No unaccompanied minors allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
- respect du lieu, du jardin. - respect the house, the garden and surrounding area - utilisez les poubelles et les cendriers mis à votre disposition - use the bins and the ashtray. - ne pas blesser ou maltraiter les animaux qui passent dans le jardin (poules, chats, oiseaux, lapins etc etc ) - be kind to the animals you'll meet in the garden (chickens, cats, birds, rabbits) - respect du voisinage (bruits) - be respectful to the neighbours.
