About this location

The land is flat with access to water outside, the view is very beautiful and the hamlet is quiet and 1 kilometer above the main road D907 and 5 minutes walk from the village.
The land is next to the house in a mountain hamlet with around ten houses, the view is clear over the Giffre valley and the land is quiet, close to the forest.
Activities
Many walks or mountain bike rides from the house, there is a climbing site 10 minutes walk away and others within a 10 km radius.
At the end of the day, you can cool off 10 minutes on foot in the Giffre river where you can swim in a canyon and jump from different heights up to 14 m.
For paragliders there is a take-off point 20 minutes away by car. Tennis enthusiasts can play on two courts 5 minutes away.
You can swim in Lake Morillon and walk around the listed Horseshoe site or play golf in Les Gets and have access to the many mountain bike trails in Les Gets which are 20 km away.
Other remarks
The area is very beautiful, the main sites or cities are not far away.

We offer a welcome to travelers and vacationers in the garden, we accept two vehicles maximum on the lawn. Only vans, cc and caravans with their own toilets will be welcomed.
We are a 5-minute walk from the village and its small shops and an hour from Geneva, Chamonix, Annecy or Lake Geneva, and 20 minutes from Les Gets, Samoens or Sommand/Praz de Lys.
It is a region that offers a multitude of hikes as well as a wide variety of cycling routes.
The view is very beautiful and clear on the Aiguille Verte, Dru and Buet.
