The campsite is located near a detached house in Umbria, 15 km from Todi and 50 km from Perugia. The tourist destinations of Assisi, Orvieto, Spoleto, and the famous Marmore Falls are also nearby. The location is quiet and surrounded by greenery, yet well connected to Perugia and Rome via the E45 motorway. The owner also offers the use of the house's relaxation area with a private bathroom, indoor and outdoor fireplace, ping-pong table, fitness room, and Wi-Fi. Mountain bikes are available for rent for excursions in the surrounding mountains.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
