About this location

A campervan or caravan can park in the enclosed parking area of my villa. The floor is paved - access to water, electricity, and the possibility of emptying cassettes.
Located halfway between Marseillan town - all amenities - and Marseillan beach - all leisure activities - (cycle path nearby).
I invite you to consult the Marseillan town website to find out about the highlights during the summer period.
The following services are available to you depending on the season: Access to the private swimming pool with beach, outdoor shower, barbecue (fires prohibited outside the barbecue)
Eco-friendly pets welcome.
Pricing: Pricing varies depending on the period (use of the swimming pool) from €30 or €40 based on the presence of 2 adults + 2 children.
For any additional person or child a supplement of €10 will be requested.
The house is also a BED AND BREAKFAST.
Located halfway between Marseillan town -2.4km- and Marseillan beach- 3km-, access to these two places by cycle path.
Bordered by oleanders offering a shaded area.

All sea, leisure, cultural activities, numerous festive activities in the towns of Marseillan and Cap d'Agde -- access by cycle paths - Bagnas observation area 300 meters away -
Other remarks
My house also has a guest room for a family with two children - for a fee -
I can advise you on all the activities and leisure activities in our village.

Apart from the barbecue, fires are forbidden, and cigarette butts must be put out (in the barbecue). Use of the pool by children is the sole responsibility of parents. The pool is not fenced, but equipped with an alarm. Available in all seasons (the weather here is fine in the shoulder seasons). Part of the enclosed grounds is dog-friendly.

A large house with a spacious garden, swimming pool, pergola, and relaxation areas feels quite empty when the children and partner leave. I'd like to breathe new life into this place, which is close to all the summer activities. The sea is 3km away, cycle paths 500m, and a bird sanctuary 300m. Please note: due to the width of the road, the maximum vehicle length allowed is 8m. Pricing: Use of the chemical toilet: a supplement of €10/day will be charged. The price shown is for a family of four (adults or children); a supplement of €10/day will be charged for each additional person. A tourist tax, set by the municipality at €0.29 per day for persons aged 18 and over, will also be charged.
