Campsite Rules As everywhere, to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay and enjoys themselves, certain rules must be respected. Our full internal regulations are available on our website. But for those who prefer a summary, here are the main points. Rest assured, it's all common sense. Arrival and Departure Arrival: All new arrivals must notify the manager or their representative of their arrival and register at reception. If a guest arrives outside of office hours, the manager or their representative must be notified. The guest will only be allowed onto the campsite after receiving written confirmation (email or text message) from the campsite. Late arrivals after reception closes are subject to a fee. Departure: Guests are asked to inform the reception office of their departure the day before. Guests intending to depart before the reception opens must pay any outstanding fees the day before. Fees: Stays are payable in advance, at the latest upon arrival at the campsite. Options and supplements must be paid for at the time of booking. Security deposits must be secured before the booking takes effect. Quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM: For everyone's comfort, quiet hours are required between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please respect this rule to ensure a peaceful night for all campers. Vehicle traffic: Within the campsite, vehicles must travel at a speed limited to 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM, and the gate is locked during this time. Only vehicles belonging to campers staying on the campsite are permitted. Parking is permitted on the rented pitch or in a designated parking area. Parking in other pitches is strictly prohibited, even if unoccupied. Pets: Guest pets: Dogs and cats are welcome for an additional fee per pet per night. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. Pets must be microchipped and up-to-date on their vaccinations. Pets must not be left unattended or even confined within the campsite when their owners are not present. Their behavior must not disturb the peace, safety, or cleanliness of the campsite. Campsite animals: It is strictly forbidden to feed the ponies and horses on the campsite. Even with good intentions, giving them bread, food scraps, or any other unspecified food can cause serious digestive problems (colic, laminitis, etc.), sometimes fatal for horses with sensitivities or allergies. Furthermore, it can alter their behavior, making them persistent or even aggressive towards campers, and endanger both children and adults. We thank you for respecting their well-being by not feeding them. It is also strictly forbidden to enter their enclosure for obvious safety reasons. Open fires are prohibited. Open fires (campfires, charcoal barbecues, etc.) are strictly prohibited within the campsite to prevent any risk of fire. A gas barbecue is available for guests on the grounds. Smoking is prohibited. For everyone's comfort and safety, smoking is prohibited in the buildings (this includes accommodations), around the swimming pool, the snack bar, and the children's playground. Smokers are required to dispose of their cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided. Visitors may be admitted to the campsite after being authorized by the manager or their representative, registering at reception, and paying the visitor fee. They are the responsibility of the guests hosting them. Visitors' cars are not permitted on the campsite. Any unauthorized or unregistered visitor, or any visitor who has not checked in at reception upon arrival, will be charged a flat fee of €50, payable by the host if the visitor refuses to pay. Electric vehicle charging: It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric vehicles outside of the designated charging point. Charging from a household outlet generates significant heat, which poses a fire hazard. We have installed an EV charging station near the restrooms. Please inquire at reception. Any unauthorized charging will incur a flat fee of €100. Swimming pool: Access to the swimming pool is free and reserved exclusively for campsite guests and registered visitors. Access is permitted only during the pool's opening hours. Swimwear is mandatory in the pool. Swim shorts are prohibited for hygiene reasons. Animals are not allowed in the pool area. Glass and similar materials, as well as any dangerous objects, are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Shoes must be removed around the pool. Showering and footbaths are mandatory before entering the water. Eating and smoking are prohibited in the pool area. The pool is unsupervised. Children are the sole responsibility of their parents. You are strongly advised to supervise them constantly and attentively. To ensure a pleasant aquatic experience for everyone, we ask pool users to: Ensure that babies' diapers are waterproof, Encourage their children to use the toilet before entering the water, Refrain from fighting, pushing, jumping into the water, shouting, etc., and refrain from reserving sun loungers with their towels.
