About this location

Bienvenue sur le terrain ! The site is located below my small ferme. It is meadow ground with old trees, surrounded by fence and green fence.there is enough space for two campers or TinyHouses.the site is sunny from early to late, is close to the forest and you can see the Jura hills.
Water is available at the ferme, as well as electricity for recharging handsets ect. We use dryclos! In nearby St. Amour there is a swimming pool and we are here in lake country, i.e. surrounded by small lakes. It is very quiet here, hardly any traffic and we are outside the village. To St. Amour it is 10 min. by bike and the historic town of St. Amour has everything your heart desires.
The activities
Activities in the area: hiking, biking, swimming in the various lakes, kayaking, fishing and markets in the various villages. We have in St.Amour a few good restaurants and the typical French bars in each village. Baker ect 5. min. Horseback riding is possible nearby and the swimming pool and tennis courts are in St Amour, so 5 min.
Other things
In St. Amour there is a parking lot for campers to dispose of waste water.

  • Roof Top Tent

the two pitches are on meadow ground and there are enough trees for shade. The ground is minimally sloping, hardly noticeable. The site is easy to find and can be reached from a small side road.
The sanitary facilities
There are no sanitary facilities, which means we take dry clos, which certainly does not smell, with bag and ash over it. that can be done here or in St.Amour in the special delivery. The water can be filled in canisters in the ferme. Attention: The place is not suitable for tents! Since most campers have showers, you can fill up water at the house. In case of emergency you can also take a shower at Norah's ferme. At the house there is a fireplace for grilling. (Making fire outside is not allowed in France).
The amenities
Tables, chairs and sunbeds can be rented. Barbecue at house, water as well.
Plug-in socket for charging the handis at the house, everything outside.
For longer stays, a cable with meter can be stretched. The same for water. At the house there is internet, you can work comfortably at the table. For musicians I offer my studio for practicing.
Breakfast/brunch can be pre-ordered and eaten comfortably under plane trees at the Ferme.
Tent ready
no, we do not have a tent and the place is not suitable for it.

Hello, I'm Norah, a cheerful and interested "best-ager," a Swiss/Czech woman who has adopted France as her home. I've created a little paradise and cultivate it myself. I still work in my profession, now online, with Ukrainian therapists. I find this absolutely necessary in today's situation. (My contribution).
I offer a beautiful, large, and quiet area here in the Jura for two tiny houses or campers. I'm happy to share some tips for the Jura and Burgundy. Upon request, I can also prepare breakfast or brunch. You can fetch drinking water in your own canister from the house, as well as a cell phone charger, etc. There's a charcoal grill at the house. You'll need your own dry toilet (a bucket with a lid, a plastic bag, and wood shavings). You can dispose of the contents in St. Amour.
There's also a swimming pool in St. Amour, and there are many lakes nearby for swimming. Urinating, etc., is not permitted on the property. Making fires is illegal in France! The property is not suitable for small children! Please contact me for older children so we can find a solution.
I speak German, English, French, and Spanish. Thank you and have a nice day! Norah
Please book for at least two days to make the effort worthwhile. Thank you!
