I am retired..., and a sophrologist! Without being isolated, I live surrounded by nature.
A space on the ground floor of my house is dedicated to well-being and artistic activities (workshops, courses). I love and practice singing. I am curious about others, and believe that it is valuable to exchange, in this period, more than ever! I've camped a lot myself, a little less now. My children are cycling travelers, they often tell me how nice it is to be welcomed after a stage, and to share, if we want, or to rest. So, I want to offer this now, and if curiosity, a discovery of the “sophro”. I love making breakfasts!
