We operate a small organic farm in the Gönnatal valley between Jena and Dornburg. We manage approximately 30 hectares and raise chickens, ducks, geese, sheep, goats, pigs, and cattle. We produce delicious cheese from the milk of our sheep and goats in our on-site cheese dairy.
