About this location
At the gates of Bordeaux, in a peaceful haven, away from urban sprawl, a pitch with shaded areas 10-15 km from Bordeaux city centre.
Very easy access by car, camper van, etc., with all amenities nearby, public transport, cycle path, and picnic area.
A rare location near Bordeaux, with the opportunity to taste local farm products: flours, pasta, oils and other regional specialities.

I also welcome domestic animals, but ask that they do not cause difficulties with the neighbours.
This is a former marsh, so in winter, when it rains heavily, there is stagnant water on part of the land.
I DO NOT LIVE ON SITE, I HAVE SEVERAL PROPERTIES, YOU ARE COMPLETELY AUTONOMOUS.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
