Enjoy the freedom to set up camp on our generous meadow. Electricity and water are available, and for added comfort, you can use our kitchen and bathroom by arrangement. Lahnstein lies in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley. Explore the Rheinsteig and Lahn hiking trails or visit the impressive Ruppertsklamm gorge. For culture enthusiasts, Lahneck Castle and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley with its numerous castles are sure to beckon. Koblenz, with its Deutsches Eck (German Corner), is also easily accessible.

The ground is mostly level, so you can easily pitch your tent or level your campervan without much effort. Shade & sun: Our site offers a great mix! There are sunny areas for sun worshippers as well as cozy, shady spots under trees – perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or relaxing with a book in the shade. Accessibility & access: The meadow is easy and straightforward to reach. The access road is well-maintained and easily navigable for normal vehicles. We'll be happy to give you a quick tour upon arrival so you can find the best spot for yourself. Size restrictions – Who fits on the pitch? Tents & backpackers: From small trekking tents to large family tents, everything is welcome. There's plenty of space! Campers & Vans: Compact campers, VW buses, panel vans, and standard motorhomes will easily find a nice spot here. Large Caravans / XXL Liners: As this is a natural meadow, we kindly ask owners of very large, heavy motorhomes (over 7.5 tons) or long caravans to send us a short message in advance. This will allow us to determine together whether the site is currently optimal (depending on the weather and ground conditions).
