FENCING & CAVALRY
Emblematic of the time of the musketeers, these themes will be developed through staged duels in the streets of the city.
Around 70 fencers will be showcasing the art of swordplay and bringing to life the adventures of the "Three Musketeers" through duels and fencing skits on stage and in the streets, with companies from all over France specializing in historical re-enactment, with musket and harquebus firing demonstrations and explanations of how to handle the weapons of the period. Show fencing workshops will also give young and old alike the chance to try their hand at swordsmanship.

The Fête de la Locomotion à Richelieu is an exciting event for enthusiasts of vintage vehicles. Here are a few details:
Date: August 31 to September 1, 2024.
Location: Richelieu, northwest of Châtellerault.
Themes: Convertibles, convertibles and cabriolets from all manufacturers before 1994, as well as classic vehicles.
Activities: Gathering of vintage vehicles and vintage car market. A drive of around 55 km is scheduled for Sunday at 9am (booking required).
Further information Refreshments and catering on site, free admission. Meet in the Parc du Château.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
Rules

Children will be able to let their imaginations run wild as they play, with no constraints other than those you impose on them (once again, subject to respect for the environment - no damaging trees, breaking branches or uprooting plants).
The site must be left clean (garbage cans are available).
