We have a plot of 1600m2 on which our house was built.
This land leaves us with an available space of 300m2 on which we have two plots of 150m2 we will be delighted to welcome holidaymakers, young and old!
Located 5 minutes from Lake Vouglans, you can access the turquoise water beaches, hiking enthusiasts, beautiful landscapes, waterfalls and viewpoints await you! Not forgetting the Col de la Faucille with a view of Montblanc and the proximity of Switzerland 1h30 away, Lake Annecy as well.

We are originally from the North of France and have two sons, aged 14 and 16. We also have Max, our 3-year-old golden retriever, and Gaspar, our cat, who will be delighted to welcome you. Having fallen in love with the region 8 years ago, we can point you towards some hidden gems not to be missed during your stay. Sociable, curious, and attentive, we love to share. We have a chicken coop and vegetable garden; depending on the season, you can pick some vegetables yourself and go on an Easter egg hunt (pay what you wish). We also have games for children and adults (molky, badminton net, pétanque... and beach gear).
