About this location

If you like authentic nature, bucolic places and peace and quiet, my wife Soazig and I would be delighted to welcome you to our property.
1 ha of deciduous and coniferous woodland with a beautiful biodiversity of shrubs and plants and 1 ha of pond, a stream between the two parts of land.

You'll find ducks, herons, egrets, redhorses, deer, squirrels and more...
The activities
Here you can fish, kayak, rowboat, hike, bike, relax, discover biodiversity, visit the historic village of Sérigné.

All shops, 3 state-owned forests, 3 ponds, a river, cinema, swimming pool, cultural center, horse-riding, hiking, mountain biking, mediatheque, etc. are just 3 minutes away.

Between 0h30 and 1h30 by car: Canal d'Ille et Rance, Rennes , Saint Malo, Mont saint Michel, Dinan, Cancale, Redon, Nantes.

Thank you for respecting the environment and these dear animals that animate and share our daily lives!!!! We have 3 free-range chickens Roussette, Grisette and Paulette and a cat Herminette who loves to cuddle! We therefore ask you to drive very slowly around the property. Eclipse, a retired mare, and 5 occasional ponies also roam around part of the pond. There are garbage cans for glass, a yellow recyclable bin and a black household waste bin. Precautions for smokers under the pine trees: use ashtrays. No loud music.
