Experience the warm and cozy atmosphere at a charming mini-campsite situated in a beautiful, emerging (still young) food forest. If you love expansive landscapes and sweeping views, you will certainly enjoy our idyllic location in the polder, close to the stunning Amstelmeer. The Amstelmeer offers a wide range of water sports opportunities, such as swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing. There is also a beautiful route of approximately 14 km around the lake, ideal for walking or cycling. Additionally, our Campspace is centrally located between Schagen and Den Helder, making it easy to take a day trip to Texel. Don't forget to explore the former island of Wieringen, which is full of beautiful spots. For families, a visit to Hoenderdeal Animal Park is highly recommended, and of course, a relaxing day at the beach is always a good idea in nice weather. Tine and Ben know the area like no other, as they grew up here and returned to their roots after living in the Randstad for 20 years. You will find a beautiful toilet block at the campsite. And if you fancy a refreshing beer upon arrival, we are happy to help. Come and discover the beautiful flowers, meadow birds, and typical Dutch skies. Book your spot now, and we hope you have a wonderful stay at our campsite!

Hi, I'm Tine van Wel and I run this Campspace together with my husband Ben. In 2020, we moved back to our roots with our three children. We bought an old potato farm on the most beautiful part of the Anna Paulownapolder and are transforming this place into a creative country retreat with a cozy, intimate mini-campsite! We hope to welcome you.

Group Campsite House Rules: 1. Our reception is open in the morning and evening, but we are not always present. You can always obtain information and check in upon arrival. Any payments made afterwards can be made at the reception on the day of departure between 10:00 and 11:00. 2. Campers must adhere to the designated camping spots and may not pitch tents outside these areas. 3. Keep the grounds clean and dispose of waste in the designated trash cans and recycling containers; these can be found between the sheds. 4. Respect the tranquility of nature and keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening and at night. Unamplified music is permitted. It must be whisper-quiet after 23:00. 5. Open fires and BBQs are prohibited outside the designated fire pits, and always keep a bucket of water and a shovel at hand. Smoking is only permitted on the camping field and in the central square. The barn is off-limits due to fire and falling hazards. 6. Pets are allowed, but must be kept on a leash at all times and must not cause a nuisance to wild animals and birds. 7. Use only biodegradable soap when washing and avoid discharging wastewater into the nearby ditches. The proper use of the septic tank is crucial to ensure hygiene on the campsite. Use the toilets only for their intended purpose and do not throw non-biodegradable waste into the toilet bowl. Do not throw tampons, sanitary pads, diapers, wipes, or other non-soluble materials into the toilets or drains. These can clog the septic tank and lead to unpleasant and unhygienic problems. 8. Passenger cars may only be used on the designated paths and roads and must be parked in the parking lot at all times. 9. In case of emergency, campers must immediately notify the manager and follow the instructions of the manager or the emergency services. 10. Alcohol and drug abuse are strictly prohibited on the campsite. It is not permitted to consume excessive amounts of alcoholic beverages or to use drugs in public or near other campers. We want everyone to be able to enjoy a safe and healthy environment. If we suspect that someone is violating this rule, we reserve the right to take appropriate measures, including removing the offender from the campsite.
