500 meters from the city center of Granada, yet quiet, where every Saturday we have the "renowned" market in the region (with many local producers) under the remarkable 13th century hall.

Grenade is located in the northern suburbs of Toulouse, a town of 9,000 inhabitants with all amenities (various shops, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, etc.). We have our cinema! We are located in the middle of a triangle between the Gers, the Tarn et Garonne and the Tarn. Many walks, village visits, Aeroscopia museum, Cité de l'Espace, African Safari Zoo, etc.). We are on the road to Spain - close to the Way of St. James. Quiet little town, municipal lighting off between midnight and 6:00 a.m. After 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. it is very quiet. My house is in a quiet residential area.

Golf in Seilh (10 mins by car) Montauban (25m)
Hiking or cycling
Lots of visits to picturesque villages (St Cirq la popie, Cahors, Albi, but also in the Gers, the Tarn and the Tarn et Garonne ....) the Pyrenees (Pas de la Case is only 1h30 away) and of course Toulouse la rose!!
5 minutes (by car) to visit: the castle of Merville 31330, and its labyrinth
In Granada itself (800m from the house): a skate park with free access for roller skates, scooters, and slides - there is also a basketball court and outdoor sports equipment (elliptical trainer, etc.) in the same location - all with free access

If your vehicle is a motorcycle - you can park it in my yard only during your stay - for cars: free public parking 30 meters away.
Bicycle bags can be put in the garage if it is humid on certain nights. Access to the swimming pool (10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) - not to the solarium or to the terrace near the pool (on each deckchair/table/chair pitch), Bathroom with hot water, fridge, sink sometimes shared with other campers. Pets not allowed. Do not leave anything in the refrigerator, in the bathroom, or on the pitch outside of your stay dates, thank you!

The square space (for 1 small tent max 2 people: 3.80X2.40m) is under the apricot tree so in the shade all day, there is also along the vegetable garden a space in the sun where you can put 1 to 2 tropéziennes (deckchair that I can lend). Loan of a small table / chair. Access to a bathroom and small refrigerator and a sink to do your dishes, sometimes to share with other campers. No electricity on your space, however you can recharge your cell phone in the laundry room.
I am not an uncompromising ecologist, however I try to be economical in my water consumption.

If there is a child, the pool will be closed without the presence of parents and under their own supervision and responsibility. A camping table, chairs and deckchairs will be available near your tent on your pitch for your relaxing evenings! Children should never be alone without their parents by the pool. Please avoid them screaming and running around out of respect for other people and the neighborhood. For your information, the pool is approximately 1.50m deep uniformly, so avoid diving into the deep end (risk of injury). It is a liner, so sharp and pointed objects should be avoided (no shoes, no rings, etc.). No ball games on the grounds of the house - however there is a large public green space right next door which allows you to play ball, badminton etc. On this site indicated in the photos, know from experience that 2 tents of 2 places have already been installed (one of which is a little bigger than a Canadian 2-place tent) 7 euros per night will be charged for any additional tent installed on the site (excluding your space, therefore the one in front) in addition to your tent (for example, a small Canadian tent) to be paid on site in this case. So, if there are several of you, and you have a 3rd small tent - this can be placed at the back of the house near the swimming pool (in this case I will turn off the pool filtration at night for peace and quiet - for your information, my room overlooks this space and at night I can hardly hear the filtration - but for your absolute rest - I can turn it off for one night!) No possibility of emptying your camping toilet in my sanitary facilities. My job was as an Executive Assistant for a large aeronautics company. I retired in 2019. I'm 69 years old, and I miss socializing a bit. I'd love to meet new people.
