About this location

Welcome to our campsite in Gideå! Our campsite is located just outside Gideå, about 30 km from Örnsköldsvik, in the beautiful Höga Kusten region of the Gideälvdalen valley. A lake with two swimming areas is just a short walk away. Several hiking trails and the Skallbergs Cave are also easily accessible on foot. On our private property, we offer pitches for motorhomes, caravans, or 4x4 vehicles on a gravel surface. Amenities: Electricity hook-up on request, fire pit (available by arrangement), pre-ordering of fresh bread and baked goods (also possible without an overnight stay), use of washing machine and dryer, pets welcome by arrangement. Here you will find a practical and quiet campsite with many opportunities in the surrounding area – from experiencing nature to the proximity of a small supermarket in the village. Important information: Contact must be made before booking. No arrival without confirmation (by email or telephone). We speak German, English, and basic Swedish. Payment in Euros or Swedish Krona/Swish is possible. Prices: Pitch: 80 SEK per night; Electricity: 20 SEK; Laundry service with dryer: 50 SEK; Number of pitches: 1 (more on request); Open: all year round

  • We have two beautiful swimming spots with beaches nearby. Both are within walking distance.

  • The grotto is also within walking distance and makes a wonderful day trip. (Open June-September)

  • The village has a supermarket that is equipped with everything necessary and also great things.
