Exceptional view! 📍 Location: At the back of a house in a beautiful garden in Genval (5 min from bus 366 towards Brussels and 20 min from Genval train station) Amenities: Kitchen: • Hob / fridge / cutlery and basic cooking equipment Living / Dining room: • bench / table / cozy little fire. Japanese-style bathroom: Shower / Toilet / Sink. Bedroom: • Glass roof • Exceptional view • Bed overlooking the valley • 200x180 cm bed (bedding not included). Outdoor space: • Cozy outdoor fire pit • Exceptional view! Nearby activities: - Renipond beach - Walibi amusement park - Washing machine available in an adjacent area. No pets allowed, as there is already a cat and a dog living in the house next door.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
