  • Rhine river bank in Bingen, ring tour on the Rhine (cable car, boat, gondola) round trip approx. 3 hours total

  • Edeka, Penny, DM at the entrance to Gau-Algesheim, other smaller shops in the town center

  • Carboy, pub with Bundesliga broadcasts on the weekend, good food!

  • In Gau-Algesheim: Restaurant Elder (slightly upscale but still affordable), Castello (Italian and Moroccan), Dona Augusta (Portuguese), Schloss Ardeck (home-style), Pizza Pino, kebab shop
