Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules for the El Madroñal Camping Plots Documentation: All guests must present a valid ID upon check-in. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in from 1:00 p.m. Check-out before 12:00. Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee. Owners must complete a liability document. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pet droppings must be picked up. The pet's vaccination card must be kept in good condition. Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms/showers or the pool. Silence and Vehicle Circulation: Quiet hours and no vehicle circulation from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. If you enter the campsite by car after 11:00 p.m., you must leave your car in the entrance parking lot and walk to your campsite. Use of Fire: Fires are prohibited on designated plots and in designated areas during the summer months, until the date established by the Natural Park. Pool: All guests must comply with pool rules in order to use the pool. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all our guests at Camping El Madroñal.
