Welcome to Fraserburgh in Scotland !
We are happy to welcome you in our beautiful country !
The fields are a few acres, sheltered by our mature woodland but still a sunny spot.
It can be a bit breezy at times but this seems to keep the notorious midge at bay!
Far away from the bright lights but also accessible by car and can get buses locally to the bigger places if you want other activities than retreating, hiking and wildlife watching but it is of benefit to have a car !
Then you can visit the lovely wee fishing villages and cliffside beaches that this area of the world is well known for.
Also a shop in local village but if need more amenities can get bus further afield etc.
the peatmoss has been left to nature mostly but there is some arable farming near by too are nearest neighbours are a farmer and a couple who run a vegan cafe and collect double decker-buses and robin reliants - has to be seen to be believed!
The activities
Most things you will have to travel for however if your into bird watching, walking, bushcraft, foraging or just relaxing under a nice tree then you dont have to go anywhere. Out with the sight there is all this and more of course not too far away.

Fires are OK if discussed and approved with us prior to it, and we can show you how to set safely if your not sure how as well as some other Bush craft skills!
Please take all rubbish with you when leaving and it is our home and we would prefer guests who respect wildlife and believe in leaving things as they find them.
Please no excessive alcohol consumption, would prefer it was a family orientated site.
If we find any guests have been disrespectful in their stay they will be shown the metaphorical door.
It is a quiet space amongst nature and I assume this is what you will be looking for in a site not a place to party.
