About this location
We decided to welcome travelers into our garden. We think meeting travelers is a great experience! There are four of us in the family (two children aged 9 and 5).
We live in Flaviac, a small town 6 km from Privas (prefecture of Ardèche). The parking space for your vehicle has an unobstructed view of the mountain with the evening sun, which is very pleasant.
Activities
Hiking trails nearby (departure possible from the house).
Beautiful mountain bike and road bike tours.
About 1 hour from the Ardèche gorges.
Other remarks
We have a 7-year-old CANE CORSO female dog who roams freely around the house. She gets along well with other animals as long as they are not aggressive.
She is used to playing with our two children

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
The access to the site is possible in an autonomous way. As our children are young, we do not want the travelers to listen to music too late at night.
