No reservation will be granted if the applicant's profile is incomplete (full name, phone number, email). Once your reservation has been confirmed, please call us for an initial chat; we will provide you with additional contact information. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For guests staying only one night, reservations must be made 6 days in advance. Arrivals are STRICTLY by appointment (made the day before) to ensure our presence (usually at 6:00 PM, but this time can be arranged with you during your call, but no later than 7:00 PM). After this time, or if you have not made an appointment the day before, your reservation will be considered canceled, and you will forfeit your registration fee. Departure is by 12:00 PM at the latest. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash if other guests are present. Barbecues are prohibited due to the area's high fire risk. Smoking is permitted, provided safety and environmental considerations are respected. Please be considerate of other campers. No noise will be tolerated (music, children crying or shouting, barking... but is it even necessary to mention this? Common courtesy should be second nature!). Any breach of these rules will result in expulsion without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
