Hello, We have a 2-hectare former farmhouse and would like to make it available to travelers. Our property is located in the heart of a charming little village with a café, bar/tobacconist, restaurant, and many other amenities. This lovely village is conveniently located near Douai (5 km), Lens (15 km), Arras (20 km), and Lille (30 km). It offers easy access to the A1 Lille-Paris motorway, exit at the Auchan Noyelles-Godault shopping center or Maison du Monde/IKEA. Nearby attractions include the Louvre-Lens Museum, the Lewarde Mining Historic Site, the Vimy Memorial and its Canadian National Vimy Memorial, the slag heaps of Loos-en-Gohelle, the Gayant Festival in Douai, and many others that we would be happy to recommend. The land is secure, flat, and easily accessible with a grassy driveway. There is ample space to park a campervan, caravan, etc., and a large grassy and wooded area offering a magnificent view of the horses on the property. An open-sided 250 m² hangar is available in case of bad weather. A 100 m² room is equipped with tables, chairs, a reading corner, and accessible electrical outlets. There is a toilet area with a sink and the possibility to fill your campervan's water tank or containers with drinking water (see prices on site). The grounds include a children's playground and a relaxation area for adults with a hammock, hanging chairs, a ping-pong table, pétanque courts, etc. Pets are welcome.
