Hello, on flat land of one and a half hectares you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the middle of nature while being 500m from the village, 300m from the river and 10 minutes from the sea
There is a water point of excellent quality (deep borehole)
And dry toilets
My home is self-sufficient in electricity, photovoltaic power and water.
It is possible to supply electricity but with constraints linked to limited storage.

  • I can tell you about many hikes of all levels nearby, the Albères massif (peaking at 1200m) geological border with Spain offers a number of unforgettable routes

  • Saturday morning, the Céret market is a must!

  • Go and have a nice cold drink under the plane tree in the upper town at "Casot"
