About this location

We have a beautiful backyard and we would like to share it with people as we enjoyed cheap accommodation when we were travelers! Welcome to our humble home!
We live in the village of Dunham. Whether it's to do the wine route by bike, to go mountain biking in Sutton, to have a drink at the brewery... it's great! Our backyard is landscaped: fruit trees, large vegetable garden, fire pit, chicken coop...



We always have something to do in the backyard so understand that it's a shared place!
The activities
Dunham is a beautiful region of the Eastern Townships. Mountains, wine, beer, museums, panoramic view....

Right in front of the house, the grocery-café offers breakfast and lunch from Wednesday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

There is a sink outside (no hot water) and the toilet/shower is in the house.

For cooking, we invite you to be completely self-sufficient. We have a small charcoal bbq (provided) and a place to build a fire with a grill when the weather permits.



We have an electrical outlet in the hallway that will be available to safely recharge the machines, as well as an extension cord if needed.



We have good quality wi-fi, but limited. No streaming abuse please.

We don't make too much noise, to respect the neighborhood, we pick ourselves up as we go along, of course. Hour of arrival 15h00, hour of departure 11h00. (can be discussed) Shower: between 8h00 and 21h00 No smoking, children, dogs, no snakes please. Hihihi
