About this location

I like meeting people and having discussions, traveling through stories, presenting my region, my plantations, discussing the environment...
This is why I prefer people who intend to stay for a few days..... but there is an exception for cyclists who are a little less mobile.... I appreciate that travelers do not arrive late and indicate their approximate arrival time so that I am available for reception (if possible before 7:30 p.m. in summer and before 6 p.m. in winter)
Land of approximately 1 hectare 1.5 kilometers from the village (bakery, tobacco shop, U-shaped clinic, doctors, pharmacy, physiotherapist, etc.).
For swimming there is the Aresquiers beach 15km away, the Plagette de Bouzigues 12km away in the Etang de Thau, the nearest rivers (the Hérault) 30 kilometers away, and swimming pools in Cournonterral and Sète. (15km)
The night remains dark under the stars (no streetlights), away from the small road, it is silent and calm however I have some chickens and ducks.
There are trees, a vegetable garden cultivated in permaculture style,...
Activities
Beaches (15km, Sète 22km), Bouzigues 12km Thau lagoon, Mèze 15km Thau lagoon, ideal for toddlers, canoeing 30 to 40 km, horse riding (several within a 20km radius), donkey riding - for children only, adults walk pulling the donkey (3km, 8e per half hour), canyoning by a DE instructor who comes to pick you up and bring you back here (45 euros)....treetop adventure course 15km away, and then walks and visits to Sète Montpellier...etc etc nature activities with CPIE..

I have free-range chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl... so please close the gate behind you when you come and go, whenever you want. If you come (especially if it's just for one night), please call me to let me know (approximately) what time you will arrive... I don't spend all day on the property - thank you. Please respect the recycling guidelines (yellow bin for recyclables, food scraps for the chickens, glass to take away and deposit in the designated containers, and the brown bin for everything else... THANK YOU
