About this location

We are happy to share with you a wooded plot of land, providing shade and coolness in the summer. It is located on the lake shore with direct access to a small beach. A mountain biking trail is 100 meters away. You will have quick access to the lake's three beaches, offering a variety of activities: swimming, paddleboarding, sailing, mountain bike rentals, all-terrain scooters, electric skateboards, treetop adventure courses, wakeboarding, waterskiing, restaurants, a grocery store, a bar, and entertainment during the summer. The land slopes gently. On-site, there is a shed with various accessories, a barbecue, a table and chairs. Access to a caravan can be granted for shelter, and there is a dry toilet. Drinking water is delivered for an additional fee. Nearby, within 4 km of the site, there is a Carrefour Market, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a bar/tobacconist, etc.

We offer for rent our recreational site located on the shores of Lake Saint Pardoux, 20 meters from the lake. The shaded, wooded pitch is available with a table, chairs, barbecue, and hammock. There is an adjacent wild beach for fishing, swimming, and paddleboarding. A hiking trail around the lake is right next door for walks or bike rides, and a cycle path is also nearby. Strengths: its location close to the lake's three beaches with all available activities: paddleboarding, kayaking, all-terrain scooters, wakeboarding, horseback riding, treetop adventure courses, waterskiing, etc. Shops are less than 5km away. The wild beach is right at the foot of the pitch. Weaknesses: the access road is damaged in a small section, and the terrain is partly sloping. There is no water or electricity, but each beach has restrooms, a water point, and a wastewater disposal point. Access will be difficult with a motorhome but no problem with a car, van, or 4x4. There is a storage area for your belongings and access to the dry toilet. Please remove all rubbish and empty the toilet upon departure. For an additional fee, you can access the caravan with a gas stove and oven, and a shower area (no running water, so you will need a solar shower). Two refrigerators are available if you have a small group; otherwise, they can be used as coolers. There is a single camp bed and a double bed without a mattress (for hygiene reasons, you will need an inflatable mattress). 20 liters of drinking water are also available. Some games are available on site, such as rackets and pétanque balls. Dogs are welcome if kept on a leash.

We are avid backpackers in several countries, especially the Amazon, but we very often travel in a rooftop tent on our 4x4. We owned converted vans for 15 years. Nature, animals, and the simple things in life inspire us.
