Welcome to our property! We welcome you to our private grounds in Commentry for a peaceful and serene overnight stay (or longer). Choose your spot: Parking is available along our access road on a grassy area. A special bonus in summer: weather and ground conditions permitting, you can set up camp on the lawn, in the shade of a large oak tree, for a cool evening! Maximum security and complete independence: For your peace of mind, the property is fully fenced, gated, and secured by video surveillance. Access is self-service via a keypad that will be provided to you upon arrival. You can therefore arrive and depart at your own pace, with complete peace of mind. Services included in your stay: 🔌 Electricity (Hookup included) 🚰 Drinking water (Refilling your tank) 🌐 Wi-Fi access from the pitch 🧼 Grey water disposal (Waste water) Note: We do not offer black water disposal (toilet cassette) or sanitary facilities, so you must be self-sufficient for your toilet needs. Vehicle size accepted: The driveway and gate are suitable for standard-sized vans, campervans, and motorhomes, including those with a trailer. Pet-friendly: Your dogs are welcome! The site is enclosed, so they can run around safely. We have two dogs at home, so your companions must be sociable with other dogs. Ideal location: Perfect for a break on your journey! We are located in Commentry, just 10 minutes from the RCEA (N79) and the outskirts of Montluçon. A quiet, shaded, and highly secure stopover to break up your journey. We look forward to welcoming you for your next visit!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
