About this location
We offer you our garden for your weekend, week, night.
We are located in the town of Cognac (in town) we have set up a tent (10 people) that we leave at your disposal during your stay (you will however need to bring your mattresses, duvet, solar shower, chemical toilet etc.) you can also put up a two-person tent next to a plum tree near the chicken coop and the vegetable garden, if you need more.
Regarding parking, our garden is closed by an electric gate, so you can park your vehicle there (car/van/truck)
We will give you access to an outside drinking water tap.
Outside: table with chairs for your meals, trampoline, dome, swing.
If necessary we can lend children's games.
In our garden: chickens, guinea pigs, cats, so we cannot accept your animal friends.
We are a family with 4 children from 1 to 13 years old, they are with us every other week, so it is possible that the garden is lively or quiet...
No noise after 10:30 p.m.

Lots of activities to do less than 10 minutes by car (golf - aquatic center - treetop adventure course - visits to Cognac Houses - Cognac arts museum - walks in the woods - river cruises - equestrian center)

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
No noise from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. No pets. Arrival on weekdays from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Arrival on weekends from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Departure on weekdays at 7 a.m. Departure on weekends from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Access to an outdoor drinking water tap. Access to a camping chamber pot type toilet in the tent and access to the toilet in the house only on weekends when we are present. You must bring your kitchen equipment, your additional shower/solar TV… You can set up a second tent in the garden and a van in the parking lot. Children are the responsibility of their parents.
