11 minute drive to Goodwood Estate, 8 minute drive to Chichester city centre and the open spaces of the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. South coast beaches like West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay are within 15 minutes’ drive.
A 3 minute walk will take you to the local Fishbourne centre which has access to a play park, tennis courts and a BMX track (for under-12s). The centre’s bar is open from 5pm daily for drinks indoors or out on the deck; it’s also got pool tables, has regular live music events or you can watch some sport on TV.
Onsite you have access to WiFi, drinking water and a toilet. Full lockable secure access and a parking space.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
