About this location

I invite you to camp in the garden of the house where I live. It's no longer a standard garden but a sheep pasture. Since the summer of 2025, there have been four ewes and a ram there. Part of the garden is sloped, and part is flat. If you need shelter due to heavy rain, a small outbuilding with a solid bedroom is available, but it's cluttered and needs to be emptied. There are a few noises (airplanes, dogs, lawnmowers, etc.), but it's usually very quiet. There are a multitude of activities in the Chauvry Valley, the Val d'Oise department, and the Île-de-France region, including hiking in the forests.

The flat part of the property is small but would be suitable for two or three tents, depending on your preferred "density." Sanitary facilities include those in the house plus a composting toilet. Amenities include a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. Electricity is provided via an extension cord. Please confirm in writing that this small garden, with sheep and chickens that roam freely between my garden and the neighbor's, is indeed suitable for you. A short wheelbase van is possible (though we're not even sure we'll be able to close the gate), but a motorhome is not.
