About this location
Located 400 meters from the Eure and the Véloscénie, we welcome you to our home.
You can enjoy our pretty, flat, quiet, grassy garden with access to your own bathroom and toilet in complete independence and tranquility.
We are ideally located in the heart of Chartres between the city center and the heart of the nature of the Grands Prés.
Our residential area is surrounded by nature, while a 5-minute walk takes you to the city center with its cathedral, museums, shops, city treetop adventure park, parks, river, cycle paths, arboretum, bus station and SNCF train station.
Many activities are available throughout the year, particularly in the summer, within walking distance of the house: Chartres en lumières, summer evenings, canoe trips, treetop adventure courses, fishing, festivals, markets, etc.
At our place, there's plenty to keep you busy and relaxed: having an aperitif in our jacuzzi, cuddling our two little chickens, Cath and Val, or our cat, Coton.
Outdoor children's games: swings and trapeze, or even a toy box on request, Molki wooden games, Indian billiards and a multitude of board games for all ages.
Our brazier in Ko Lanta style... why not grill some marshmallows!?
We have a gas barbecue (additional charge for the use of gas and/or wood.)
Washing machine available at an additional cost.
Life is good in Chartres! Why not take a stroll along the green space, on foot or by bike, or through the many parks and gardens in the city and surrounding area?
Enjoy a moment out of time on the banks of the Eure.
The more athletic among you will have the opportunity to go hiking, horseback riding or even discover our destination by bike.
The more courageous among you can enjoy the thrilling activities offered in Chartres and the surrounding area...
Also take part in various workshops that will introduce you to Chartres culture or simply have fun.

There are plenty of things to do in Chartres, including the cathedral and the old town. We are 3 minutes from the Chartres urban treetop adventure park and 15 minutes from the Picasso House.

We are ten minutes from the city center and the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

We care about our planet and what we consume (water, electricity, waste sorting), so please take part. Please be aware of the noise you make in the evening. For smokers, please put your cigarette butts in the garbage can. Please respect the areas and read the rules for use of the jacuzzi. The use of the various areas is the responsibility of each individual. The owner cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss.
