Hello,
I invite you to spend a pleasant stay in my home, located in Champagne-sur-Seine in Seine et Marne, 10 minutes by car from Moret sur Loing and 15 minutes from Fontainebleau.
Paris can be reached by public transport (1 hour by train).
Quiet location, no noise pollution.
Many activities are available, including visits to cultural sites (Moret, Fontainebleau).
You can also stroll along the banks of the Seine/Loing.
A grocery store and tobacconist are 3 minutes from the house. Carrefour Market is a 6-minute walk away.
You can go tree climbing in the town (15 minutes' walk), or to the cinema (close to the tree climbing area).
You can also follow in the footsteps of famous painters like Alfred Sisley or Rosa Bonheur.
Children are of course welcome, with plenty of play equipment available (slide, games, etc.). A children's playground is just a 2-minute walk from the house.
Hiking in the Fontainebleau or Champagne forests is also possible.
A golf course is located in Fontainebleau, and anglers are welcome (numerous spots are available in river categories 1 and 2).
You can play ping pong in my garden. I'll provide you with a table, 2 rackets and a ball to satisfy the tennis player in you. :)
The atmosphere here is peaceful, sending out the right vibes with the calm, peaceful banks of the Seine, much coveted by the famous painter Alfred Sisley.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
You can smoke outside; I provide one or more ashtrays. Please do not make any noise. Children are welcome but are under your responsibility and supervision. I give you the key to the gate and the key to the cellar (for access to the bathroom, kitchen, shower, etc.). Possibility of renting 2 bicycles, an electric scooter and the service of washing machine and dryer. I do not provide a tent, only a hammock which can be rented.
