-Flat terrain: The 300 square meter area is mostly flat and even, making positioning and leveling the vehicle extremely quick and easy. -Exposure to sun and shade: Since it is a beachfront lot in an elevated position, the space enjoys full sun exposure and constant ventilation (the classic and pleasant sea breeze). There are no tall trees to provide dense natural shade, so we strongly recommend guests bring their own awnings, gazebos, or shade cloths for the hottest hours of the day. -Access: The lot is easily accessible directly from the road adjacent to the seafront. -15% slope at the entrance: To access Terrazza Verde, there is an access ramp with a 15% slope. Cars and vans can easily access the ramp, but this is a factor to consider if your vehicle is particularly low or very long. - Vans, Campervans, and Compact Campers (Highly Recommended): The space is ideal for campervans, equipped vans (e.g., Volkswagen California, Fiat Ducato, etc.), and compact campers up to 6-6.5 meters. These vehicles can handle the ramp and park completely independently. - Caravans (not recommended) due to the slope.
