About this location

We are Avril and Simon and after several years of traveling, changing jobs and meeting lots of people, we decided to settle down in Breuil Magné in 2020. We live with our 2 children, our 2 cats and 2 chickens on a plot of land. 2 hectares. We maintain around 6000m2, so there is no shortage of space! The rest of the land is left fallow for the moment so that nature can express itself and the trees can grow. If you are not too noisy you may see deer, squirrels, pheasants...
We live in a cul-de-sac so cars are rare. You will be at our place in peace, away from city lights and cars to admire the stars and listen to nature.
You will see that we leave room for “wild” vegetation by letting grass grow in certain places but you will have all the space you need to sit comfortably.
Activities
You will find plenty of activities to do nearby: hiking, nearby beaches, surfing, museums, exploring the islands (Madame, Aix, Ré, Oléron). Do not hesitate to ask us, many events (free concerts, open-air screenings, meetings, etc.) are organized nearby during the summer season.
Other remarks
Our land is not enclosed if you have animals it is better to keep them on a leash if they tend to escape
