Nature in the city center (Hôtel de ville 900 m)
We're standing in a surprising former allotment garden that's currently being restored. It's made up of different plateaus, which are now home to market gardening, an orchard and open spaces.
Two ewes and a few hens frolic happily about.
The garden evolves with the seasons.
In winter, the bare trees and sounds remind us that we're in the city.
But by spring, the vegetation is lush, and we find ourselves in a haven of peace, hidden from view. In the evening, calm takes over, and we find ourselves listening to the owl.
The activities
Brest is a captivating city. The scenery is breathtaking, and the cultural offerings abound.
It's a region well worth discovering.
