About this location
2-person caravan on the edge of the city centre, surrounded by cycling and walking routes.
Self-built, so cozy, artisanal and practical, not fancy but made with love.
The chickens live under the caravan.
The toilet is a porta potty. There is hot running water. The shower is an outdoor shower attached to the house, so please keep this in mind if someone is home.
There is no heating in the caravan, so it is not much warmer inside than outside.
I live a 10-minute walk from the center, very convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner or shopping.
And a 20-minute walk from the train station if you use public transport.

I'm a mother of four and love a challenge. I built the caravan myself; it was falling apart when I got it. You're welcome to stay in my garden. My chickens live partly under the caravan.
I work full time, on Sundays and one other day during the week I am home.
I myself would also go simple, low budget
want to travel, so I'm happy to offer that.
It's always nice to meet people, you never know what you'll encounter, but I also like being on my own.
So renting out the caravan is new and I'm curious to see how it goes.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
