The land is flat, sunny, and also shaded, with access to water and electricity. The other part of the land is occupied by the main residence with a swimming pool. There is an unobstructed view of the mountains, and it is close to ski resorts (30 minutes). In exchange, I am looking for a similar plot of land located in Montreuil (93) with access to water, electricity, and sanitation, and a fenced property, for a period of 6 months, excluding weekends and school holidays. Photos are available upon request. The reason for this exchange is university studies. A simultaneous exchange between landowners for a period of 6 months is preferred. I will consider all serious proposals and exchanges (a staggered start date is also possible). This land is well-maintained and has trees. Available immediately.
