About this location

We welcome you to our light-filled property. You'll be able to enjoy the freedom of space in a bucolic and joyful setting.
At the end of a pretty driveway, with no neighbors or overlooked views, a vast plot of land bordered by lush vegetation; you can spot multiple animal species and appreciate real biodiversity.
A stream crossed by small stone bridges winds below the property.
Our house on the land is an old farmhouse (house, barn and old stable).
The charming village of Bellenaves is just a 12-minute walk away. It has everything you need, including shops and a local market on Wednesday mornings.
A "wild camping" atmosphere guaranteed!

Canoe trip on the Sioule (40 km) dotted with castles and viaducts
By train:
From the train station, 900 meters away, TER trains depart daily to tourist and leisure spots: lakes (Lapeyrouse, etc.), small towns of character (Louroux de Bouble, Gannat, etc.).
For your cultural evenings, the train serves Clermont-Ferrand in 45 minutes, Vichy in 1 hour 30 minutes (UNESCO World Heritage) among others; it will take you to Riom at the gateway to the Massif Central.
Other remarks
We are very committed to promoting trains in rural areas and we will be happy to tell you about all the RURAIL activities: rail bikes, visits to the Eiffel viaducts (monumental constructions), and many other surprising discoveries.

Our spacious bungalow is located in the wooded part of the property. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The entrance hall is large enough for a sitting area with dining table and shelves.
The sanitary facilities
Private dry toilets next to the bungalow. Shared water point: 2 solar showers, 2 washbasins. Showers are best taken before nightfall. Environmentally-friendly place, water is scarce!
The amenities
Communal areas 90 m² in a barn with sofas, tables, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, crockery, gas stove. Books, board games, puzzles... Several power sockets.

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
