About this location

There are no services at this location. What is rented is a 200 m2 flat, grassy plot with a table and five chairs. Visitors without a restroom are not allowed.
The land is 50 km from my house, so our communication will be primarily through the app and then by phone.
The property is a small 700 m2 vineyard, surrounded by nature, near the river and mountains. The village is about 500 m away and boasts several museums, restaurants, bars, and breathtaking nature.
Access to the property is easy from the road. The property faces a road with little traffic except in July, August, and on weekends, when traffic is quite high. The river is 200 meters away, with a beautiful waterfall where the village children bathe. At the same waterfall, to the left, there is a spring water source.
There are also free tennis courts and a municipal swimming pool nearby, open only in summer.
There is public transport to go to Bilbao or Vitoria-Gasteiz in 30 minutes.

Tips

  • There's a lovely, short walk along the path that runs behind the property, and after 200 meters, cross the road to reach a small waterfall and pool in the river. The path reaches the village in about 500 meters.

  • About 600 m away from the village, there are two taverns (El Fresno and Montenegro) (bread, drinks, snacks, etc. with local products.

  • La Encina and Batzokia Restaurant
