About this location

Located near Paris, very well situated and served by numerous public transport options, with very frequent service (Paris is 8 kilometers/26 minutes by RER train). Access to a courtyard and then a garden just for you (with its terrace for meals and games). Private courtyard, garden, and terrace. Children's play area (football pitch, basketball court, tennis court, outdoor fitness equipment, ping-pong tables, agility games for children under 10, slide, climbing wall, etc.) and numerous large and beautiful parks where you can stroll and admire nature. All this less than 100 meters from our house! You'll feel right at home; there are many places to discover, but you can also relax. Near Paris, the greenway offers lovely walks, bike rides, scooter rides, or leisurely strolls in a safe and pleasant environment. We have many cycle paths nearby. Parc de Sceaux, along with numerous parks that once belonged to Colbert and Chateaubriand, offers free access and features arboretums, bonsai trees, and rare specimens. Large supermarkets, markets, and shops are nearby. A gas station is a 3-minute walk away. The lively town center, with its many restaurants, is a 15-minute walk. The Coulée Verte (greenway) allows you to reach Montparnasse (Paris) in 40 minutes by bicycle via a pedestrian and cycle path. The RER B (a 16-minute walk or 3-minute bus ride) provides direct access to Orly Airport, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Denfert-Rochereau, and Châtelet-les-Halles train stations (all popular tourist destinations). Most guests visit Versailles, Paris (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Louvre Museum, etc.), Disneyland Paris, or relax in our nearby parks and forest. The town is considered one of the most pleasant in France (ranked 5th out of 7,500).

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules

There are no opening hours as you have independent access. The town has many restaurants and shops. You can come home at 11 p.m. or 2 a.m. without any problem (the city is well lit and secure) but of course respect the place and the neighbors! We agree on your arrival time, depending on other reservations I can adapt to suit you 🌿 In our yard, we see shooting stars!
