About this location
is a place that is being created in the present and in total respect of nature following the principles of permaculture and responsible tourism: a type of tourism that is extremely attentive to the places, the flora and fauna and the civilizations that live there, able to offer an experience with low environmental impact. A place completely immersed in Nature in the piedmont part of the Western Majella Montagna Madre. La Ciammarichella offers its guests large spaces to pitch a tent, the use of a bathroom with solar shower, a kitchen with refrigerator (usable with a supplement) and spaces equipped with tables and hammocks for your relaxation. Your 4-legged friends are welcome. The parking lot is a few meters away from the space designated for tents. It stands on a land full of history given the great importance and abundance of agricultural production and livestock during the Middle Ages and the modern opening of the bitumen mines called del Pilone at the end of 1800 which then caused the great economic and productive development of the entire area. Ciammarichella is the name of the ancient spiral-shaped road that led to the mines and which is currently being reopened with state funds. The idea of offering hospitality in such a place comes from various principles of reflection: to awaken from abandonment and restore a dignified life to a place of considerable historical importance as well as to spread among us human beings the profound respect for nature and knowledge of permaculture in a light and playful way, finally managing to satisfy all that segment of tourism that does not have the opportunity in these places to sleep in a tent and/or have services extremely surrounded by nature. There is a lot of gratitude and it takes a lot of strength to create what is being born here.... come and visit us!!!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
