About this campspace
A quiet, green spot in the countryside and only 5 minutes from the town of Surgeres or the Château de Surgeres, which awaits you for a superb tour of the park.
On the property, a Nordic spa is available by prior reservation, at least in the morning for the evening, so that it can be heated and kept at the right temperature.
You'll also have the chance to try out the sauna, which also requires a certain amount of time to heat up, so please book at least in the morning for the evening, as well as an unheated swimming pool at the right temperature during the summer season, depending on the weather of course :-)
As the property is secure, it's not possible to access it when I'm not sure where to go, so it's best to let us know at least in the morning if you want to come in the afternoon, but it's best to let us know a few days in advance.

Quiet, south-facing plot with several fruit trees, vegetable garden, farmyard animals (chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits) and two adorable dogs (kennelled for visitors).
You can enjoy walks, peace and greenery.
The sea is 30 minutes away and the town 5 minutes.
Village with amenities and take-away or on-site catering available (with prior reservation and subject to restaurant availability).
A wood-fired Finnish spa and sauna are available on request.
The activities
Walking, hiking, mountain biking, quad or other. visit the town of surgeres. La Rochelle 30 minutes away. Beach 30 minutes away.
Saintes, Niort, Rochefort...
Other things
By prior arrangement, it is possible to have meals delivered by an outside service provider. There's also a small co-op serving lunch and dinner 3kms away. Closed on Sunday afternoons and Mondays.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
