About this location

The land is located between land (Brocéliande) and sea (Gulf of Morbihan).
Campénéac is a town of 1,600 inhabitants at the crossroads between Guer, Mauron, Malestroit and Josselin, both small towns of character. The nearest town is Ploermel, 10,000 inhabitants, with all amenities.
I welcome on this land around the vegetable garden, in the shade or in the sun, tents, caravans, minivans, vans, and small motorhomes.
Access is simple, close to the D772 departmental road and the greenway (Augan-Ploermel axis). Some animals on site: pony, dog, cats, chickens.
The land is located in a locality comprising 3 houses, surrounded by fields. It is an old farmhouse. My parents live in the main farmhouse.
For my part, I renovated an outbuilding, in which I live. The property is entirely surrounded by century-old oak trees and includes a large orchard and vegetable garden, facing south.
Activities
Here is my list of essentials, tested and validated activities! Reservations strongly recommended.
Enchanted places (land side):
- Merlin's hiding place in Tréhorenteuc (13 km). In an enchanting place, you will meet Merlin with tales and legends on the program (for children).
- The Brocéliande forest, Valley of no return, in Tréhorenteuc (13 km). Guided and narrated walks, on foot, by bike, by carriage (Brocéliande without its storytellers would not be Brocéliande, they make this forest magical...)
- The door of secrets in Paimpont (20 km). The show trail offers a sensory immersion in the wonderful world of the forest.
- The Poet scrap dealer in Lizio (20 km). A poetic place where dozens of offbeat and ingenious objects come alive, rustle and dance. A must do!

Iodized activities (sea side);
- West Wake Park in Inzinzac-Lochrist (77 km) Nestled in the heart of an old quarry, the setting is atypical. Learn to slide from 8 years old... Right next door, the West Aqua Park, an inflatable water play area accessible from 6 years old!

- The base in Lorient (97 km). From visiting the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly, to the Underwater Museum or the K3 bunker, there is something for all tastes and all ages.
