About this location

In an ancient village, 620 meters above sea level, in the Langhe region, 50 km from the Ligurian coast of Savona. 30 km as the crow flies.
Our property enjoys a 180° panoramic view and all-day sunshine: it faces south (breathing sea air). But just a few steps up from the terrace, the view opens up to a breathtaking panorama of the high hills and the sunset.
It's ideal for those who paint and photograph en plein air (an easel is available on site), excellent for walks in the woods, and perfect for those seeking absolute relaxation immersed in pristine nature, far from traffic, and enjoying the sweet idleness. Furthermore, for those who would like, we offer our creative expertise to help you experience the area by organizing small courses that can be scheduled according to your preferences and availability. These sessions are led by a certified instructor who has run creativity workshops in elementary schools for over 10 years.
In the surrounding area, the roads are beautiful to see, and there are various places of tourist interest, including food and wine, culture, landscapes, and art, as far as the eye can see!
Note the lavender trail in bloom! A wonderful sight before the flowers are harvested... usually in July.
A small asphalt road that starts from the village and goes uphill will lead you to the property.
Secondary road with respect to traffic and therefore very rarely used.
You'll travel 4 km through natural landscapes and be lucky enough to see many butterflies in flight. Although you're far enough from the village, you can still reach shops on foot, where you can stock up on basic necessities, via pleasant walks.
A distance that allows you to see the hilly landscape from above, facing south, with sun all day.

The activities
Immersed in pristine nature, you can enjoy the hilly landscapes of the Alta Langa, taking long or short walks and bike rides. Enjoy the relaxation of a place far from traffic, where you can pick seasonal fruit from the trees, depending on the season and availability.
Pets are allowed if kept on a leash out of respect for other animals on site (a large colony of cats lives on our land).

Electricity is supplied by the solar panel which lights up with LEDs and conveniently charges your cell phone.

A 4-person tent is available upon request. It's very comfortable and welcoming for a couple, complete with a table and chairs, deckchairs, and sun loungers to enjoy the scenery. A futon bed with a wooden frame is also available, comfortable and ideal for a couple. LED lighting, a table and chairs, and anything else you might need are available upon specific request.
To set them up, a contribution of 15 euros per night is required for the tent and 10 for the futon, payable on site.
A small symbolic deposit of €50 will be required to cover any damage to the equipment and will be refunded in full if everything is returned undamaged.
If needed a tent is available (3 people capacity), very comfortable. It also has an air mattress, led lights, coffee table, chairs ...

We are making available our legendary and beloved Rapido folding caravan, a strictly vintage model
The interior is furnished with a queen-sized inflatable mattress and a small table and two chairs. A bedside table and various lighting options allow you to choose the type of lighting and enjoy any desired atmosphere.
The furnishings are always different! You can choose the style you'd like to live in, and we'll accommodate your needs, subject to availability.
The sheets used are always sent to the local laundry for washing because we are always perfectly clean.
