Campsite pitch at a charming terraced campsite in the green heart of Portugal. Enjoy extra-spacious pitches with plenty of privacy and natural shade in the middle of the Penalva do Castelo valley. Peace, nature, hiking and cycling routes, and a welcoming reception make Camping Vale Sereno the ideal base for discovering the beautiful interior of Portugal. On warm days, you can cool off in the swimming pool or by the river that flows past the campsite. Small campers and tents can be accommodated on almost all pitches. Are you traveling with a camper up to 7.5 meters or a caravan (combination) up to 10 meters? Then our Chestnut Field is the ideal spot. Heavier combinations with a 4x4 are also welcome there. Our terraced campsite has a short, steep section on the internal road. Recommended route: Are you traveling with a camper or caravan? Navigate from Mangualde via the N329-1 to Casal Diz. Also check the recommended route in the images. Campsite signs are indicated along the way. Do not go through the small village of Quinta da Silva; it is too narrow. For families, we can add extra beds or even extra dome tents so the children can experience their own adventure. For those who want to combine work and relaxation, our bell tents are also ideal as a workation location in Portugal. We place a desk in the tent free of charge, so you can work remotely comfortably with free Wi-Fi.
