About this location
A 3-hectare park surrounding a 19th-century manor house, still undergoing renovation, sits on the riverbank with private access, offering opportunities for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The property lies along the Véloroute (cycle route) and the Canal du Nivernais, providing hundreds of kilometers of peaceful cycling and walking trails. You can also explore hundreds of kilometers of paths winding through vineyards and cherry orchards. We are located just outside a village of 1,600 inhabitants with all amenities, including a supermarket, butcher, baker, and hairdresser. Auxerre is 6 km away and accessible by bicycle, either via the Véloroute or the path along the canal. Many remarkable sites are nearby, including Auxerre, Chablis, Vézelay, Noyers, and several picturesque villages. A 15 x 5m swimming pool is available from the beginning of May to the end of September. Other amenities include a spa, kayaks, a pétanque court, a composting toilet, drinking water, electricity, and a charcoal barbecue. The land is completely flat, with plenty of shaded areas. You can choose to set up in a shady or sunny spot, ensuring complete privacy. In winter, the courtyard is the preferred location. The property is fully fenced, with a 5-meter electric gate allowing large vehicles to enter easily. Please be careful with young children, as it is impossible to secure access to the Yonne River, which runs alongside the property for 300 meters, requiring extra vigilance. Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb the animals already living on the property (a cocker spaniel, 3 hens, a filly, and 4 goats) and do not damage the grounds.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
